Our Goal
We seek to create a robust framework for delivering tuition-free Tech Professional Certification programs, specifically in the Emerging Technology space.
The learning platform will be powered by Egovmetrics, I.S.F.O.A Telematic University Switzerland, International Bio-Research Institute(IBI) and Skillonline, Four of the foremost partners of this initiative. Participants will be awarded Globally accredited Diploma certifications from I.S.F.O.A Telematic University, Switzerland .
We aim to build an ecosystem of an additional 500,000 beneficiaries from Nigeria and other West African Countries across ten(10) widely sought emerging technology skills, deepening the employability and innovation index gap currently affecting the job versus skill market in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Program Dynamics
To participate in this innovative program, applicants must enroll in one of the courses and pay a one-time application fee of 200,000 Naira (or the equivalent amount in euros). After which they will be enrolled into the following program dynamics
- 10 emerging technology courses
- 2 learning sessions per week (1 and half hours per session)
- Fully virtual classes
- Weekly hands-on task + Capstone project
- 6 months duration (26 weeks)
- Onboarding orientation commences Midnight (WAT), March 2nd 2025 and will last for 4 weeks
- Application form registration closes after onboarding orientation
- Online course sessions starts after onboarding orientation

Application process
Applicants can choose to apply individually or through a Bulk Admin process. Individual applicants will fill out a personalized application form tailored to their specific course, while those applying under a Bulk Admin must obtain a unique Bulk ID from their administrator. This ID is crucial for linking their application to the group managed by the admin, facilitating efficient tracking of multiple applicants.
After selecting their application method, candidates will complete the corresponding form, which includes essential fields such as personal details, educational background, and course preferences. For bulk applicants, the form will also require the Bulk ID to verify their association with the submitting admin. It is important to provide accurate information to avoid delays in processing.
Once the application is submitted, it is reviewed immediately. Successful applicants will receive an official admission letter confirming their acceptance, along with onboarding credentials for their chosen course. This streamlined process ensures that candidates can begin their learning journey without unnecessary delays.
